The Childhood Collective offers online courses, downloadable printable products, and a subscription-based parenting membership.

Access to Creating Calm and Shining at School is available for as long as The Childhood Collective continues to host the applicable online course, subject to these Purchase Details and our Terms of Use. 

Printable products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

ADHD Parenting Together is a recurring monthly membership. Access to the membership, including its community, resources, and live and recorded sessions, is available only while your membership subscription remains active and in good standing.

Fees. In consideration of your access to Creating Calm and/or Shining at School (“Program” or “Programs”), you agree to pay the following fees. You agree to make a single payment of $99 USD plus tax where applicable or four payments of $29 USD billed monthly plus tax where applicable (unless otherwise discounted with a valid, non-expired discount code) per course, or a bundled payment of $178 USD plus tax where applicable or four payments of $49 USD billed monthly plus tax where applicable (unless otherwise discounted with a valid, non-expired discount code), which shall be due and payable before you will be granted access to the Program(s). Installment payment plans for online courses represent a commitment to pay the full purchase price in scheduled installments and are separate from the recurring ADHD Parenting Together membership subscription, subject to the applicable refund policy.

In consideration of your access to printable products, prices vary depending on the product, which shall be due and payable before the product will be delivered electronically via email as PDF attachment.

In consideration of your access to ADHD Parenting Together ("Membership"), you agree to pay a recurring monthly membership fee at the rate displayed at the time of your purchase. You will retain that monthly membership rate for as long as your membership remains continuously active, unless otherwise disclosed and agreed to. By purchasing the Membership, you authorize The Childhood Collective to automatically charge your selected payment method each month, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel your subscription. Membership payments are billed monthly, beginning on the date of your initial purchase, unless a different billing schedule is clearly disclosed at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.

Failed Membership Payments. If a recurring membership payment is declined or cannot be processed, The Childhood Collective may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method on file. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information.

If payment remains unsuccessful, The Childhood Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership access until payment is successfully received. Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable law and any required notices. If your membership is terminated due to nonpayment, your previous membership rate is not guaranteed if you choose to rejoin.

Membership Cancellation. You may cancel your ADHD Parenting Together membership at any time. There is no minimum membership commitment. To cancel, you may manage your subscription through your account settings or contact us at hello [at] thechildhoodcollective.com for assistance. Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, after which your access to the membership community, resources, recordings, and other membership benefits will end.

You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods following an effective cancellation. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription and later choose to rejoin, your original pricing is not guaranteed. Re-enrollment will be subject to the membership pricing and enrollment availability offered at that time.

Membership cancellation, termination, or discontinuation will result in the loss of access to all membership-only resources, recordings, and community discussions. Any separately purchased online courses or printable products will remain subject to their own purchase terms.

Online Course Refunds. Our online courses are designed to educate and empower you with tools to support your child with ADHD at home and school. We want you to be satisfied with your online course purchase. If you feel that our online course(s) will not provide you with the tools to meet your goals, we will be happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To claim a refund, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase of online course(s). You may request your money back by emailing hello [at] thechildhoodcollective.com. That email must reference the Program(s) you purchased, set out the date of your purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase. You are not required to submit any proof that you have completed any work or meet any other requirements.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, The Childhood Collective will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Childhood Collective does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund for Creating Calm or Shining at School, your access and license to use the refunded course and its associated materials will terminate. This does not affect access to other products or memberships you have separately purchased and continue to pay for.

Printable Refunds. Due to the nature of our printable products, they are non-refundable and do not qualify for the same money-back guarantee as the online courses.

ADHD Parenting Together Membership Refunds. Due to the ongoing nature of ADHD Parenting Together and the immediate access provided to membership resources and community features, membership payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. The 30-day money-back guarantee offered for Creating Calm and Shining at School does not apply to ADHD Parenting Together. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellation does not result in a refund or prorated credit for any unused portion of your current billing period, except as required by applicable law.

Billing Questions and Payment Disputes. If you have a question or concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us at hello [at] thechildhoodcollective.com so we can help resolve the issue. Nothing in these Purchase Details limits your rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges with your financial institution or payment provider. The Childhood Collective reserves the right to provide applicable purchase records, subscription terms, and account access information to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute. Access to products or membership services may be suspended or terminated in connection with unresolved payments, subject to applicable law.

Sharing Resources and Membership Access. The Childhood Collective's online courses, printable products, and ADHD Parenting Together membership are intended for personal use within a single household. Sharing account passwords, login information, downloadable materials, course content, or membership resources with individuals outside your household is prohibited. Purchasing access with the intention of distributing materials to others is also prohibited.

ADHD Parenting Together members agree to respect the privacy of other members. Members may not screenshot, record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share other members' posts, comments, questions, or personal information without their express permission. Membership discussions, workshops, recordings, and other resources may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed outside the membership without written permission from The Childhood Collective.

Violations of these policies may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable products or membership, subject to applicable law and the Company's Terms of Use.

Community Guidelines. Participation in ADHD Parenting Together is subject to The Childhood Collective's Community Guidelines. Members agree to engage respectfully, protect the privacy of other members, and follow all applicable community rules. The Childhood Collective reserves the right to moderate discussions, remove content, or suspend or terminate membership access for violations of these guidelines, subject to applicable law. Termination for a violation does not automatically entitle a member to a refund, except as required by applicable law.

Email Support. Our free email customer support is available to help you choose a course or resource; point you in the direction of a helpful Instagram post, help article, or blog; answer straightforward clarification questions about resources you’ve purchased; or provide brief and general advice to customers for simple, straightforward situations. Our email support is not intended for detailed troubleshooting, ongoing 1-on-1 support, or customizing plans for your family. We cannot offer individualized consultation, advice, or services due to our licenses. These rules and regulations are in place to protect you. We cannot get to know your family in the way a therapist, counselor, or psychologist would. If individual, tailored support is needed, we recommend seeking out the appropriate services/service providers.

ADHD Parenting Together Member Support. ADHD Parenting Together members have access to additional educational support through the membership community, topic-based discussion spaces, monthly live sessions, and opportunities to submit questions to The Childhood Collective team. This support is provided within the membership platform and is intended to offer general educational information, practical strategies, and community connection. Membership does not include private consultations, individualized therapy, psychological services, speech-language therapy, medical treatment, or ongoing one-on-one professional support. Email customer support remains available for administrative, billing, account access, and general product-related questions. Membership questions and discussions should be directed to the appropriate spaces within the membership community.

Online Course Access and Resources. As part of Creating Calm and/or Shining at School, The Childhood Collective shall provide the following to you.

Access to Program Area – The Company shall maintain a Program Area that may include lessons, forms, worksheets, checklists, and other information. You shall have access to this Program Area for as long as the Program Area exists. In the event that The Childhood Collective intends to close the Program Area, it shall provide clients with thirty (30) days’ notice and the ability to download the resources contained in the Program Area.

Bonuses – From time to time, the Company will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of registration.

ADHD Parenting Together Membership Access and Benefits. As part of an active ADHD Parenting Together membership, The Childhood Collective provides access to an online parenting community and educational resources designed to support parents of children with ADHD.

Membership benefits currently include:

• Two monthly live online sessions, including an ADHD parenting Q&A and a topical workshop with opportunities for questions.
• Access to recordings of membership sessions.
• Topic-based community discussion spaces where members can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other parents.
• Monthly challenges designed to help families put practical strategies into action.
• Educational resources and guidance provided within the membership platform.

The Childhood Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to membership topics, schedules, resources, features, and formats over time. Material changes to core membership benefits will be communicated to members in advance as required by applicable law. Access to membership benefits is available only while your subscription remains active and in good standing. Upon expiration or termination of your membership, access to the membership platform, discussion spaces, recordings, and member-only resources will end. Live sessions and community discussions are educational in nature and do not constitute individualized professional services. The Childhood Collective does not guarantee that every submitted question will be answered or that any particular strategy will produce a specific result.

Live Session Recordings. ADHD Parenting Together live sessions, including workshops and Q&A sessions, may be recorded and made available for replay within the membership. By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that your name, voice, image, comments, or questions may be included in the recording if you choose to participate. Recordings are intended exclusively for active members of ADHD Parenting Together and may not be downloaded, reproduced, shared, or distributed outside the membership without written permission from The Childhood Collective. Members are encouraged to protect their own privacy and the privacy of their children when sharing personal information during live sessions. The Childhood Collective may edit or remove portions of recordings at its discretion to protect member privacy or maintain the quality of educational resources. Members may choose to keep their cameras off during live sessions and may submit questions in advance when that option is available. Members will be notified when sessions are being recorded, and The Childhood Collective will obtain any additional consent required by applicable law.

Membership Changes or Discontinuation. The Childhood Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ADHD Parenting Together at its discretion. In the event that The Childhood Collective decides to permanently discontinue the membership, members will receive at least thirty (30) days' advance notice whenever reasonably possible. If the membership is permanently discontinued, recurring billing will cease, and members will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid membership period that extends beyond the date membership access ends.

Educational Purposes; Not Medical or Individualized Professional Advice. All products and services provided by The Childhood Collective, including Creating Calm, Shining at School, printable products, and ADHD Parenting Together, are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Although The Childhood Collective's team includes licensed professionals, purchasing our products or participating in ADHD Parenting Together does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, speech-language pathologist-client, or other professional treatment relationship. Information shared through courses, resources, live sessions, community discussions, or email support is not a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, educational, therapeutic, or legal advice. If you have concerns about your child's health, development, safety, or individual treatment needs, please consult an appropriate qualified professional. In an emergency, seek immediate emergency assistance. Individual results may vary. The Childhood Collective does not guarantee specific behavioral, educational, developmental, or family outcomes from the use of its products or services.

Effective Date. These Purchase Details become effective and enforceable upon your purchase of Creating Calm, Shining at School, a printable product, or an ADHD Parenting Together membership. For recurring membership subscriptions, these terms continue to apply throughout the duration of your active membership, subject to any valid updates made in accordance with applicable law and The Childhood Collective's Terms of Use.
