Purchase Details and Money-Back Guarantee
The Childhood Collective online course resources are viewable so long as The Childhood Collective is hosting the online courses.
Fees. In consideration of your access to Creating Calm and/or Shining at School (“Program” or “Programs”), you agree to pay the following fees. You agree to make a single payment of $99 USD plus tax where applicable (unless otherwise discounted with a valid, non-expired discount code) per course, or a bundled payment of $178 USD plus tax where applicable (unless otherwise discounted with a valid, non-expired discount code), which shall be due and payable before you will be granted access to the Program(s).
Refunds. All of our resources are designed to educate and empower you with tools to support your child with ADHD at home and school. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that our resources will not provide you with the tools to meet your goals, we will be happy to issue you a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To claim a refund, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing hello [at] thechildhoodcollective.com. That email must reference the Program(s) you purchased, set out the date of your purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase. You are not required to submit any proof that you have completed any work or meet any other requirements.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, The Childhood Collective will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Childhood Collective does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
Chargebacks. You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback or to dispute the charges with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our resource(s). We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
Sharing Resources. Our Program(s) are intended for use in a single household. Sharing The Childhood Collective Creating Calm or Shining at School resources by methods including but not limited to distribution of passwords and login information, distribution of worksheets and downloadable materials, and purchasing with the intention of sharing resources with friends or family members is expressly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing The Childhood Collective Creating Calm or Shining at School resources will have access to all course materials immediately revoked and will forfeit the 30-day money-back guarantee. Selling login information or downloadable materials is also prohibited.
Email Support. Our free email customer support is available to help you choose a course or resource; point you in the direction of a helpful Instagram post, help article, or blog; answer straightforward clarification questions about resources you’ve purchased; or provide brief and general advice to customers for simple, straightforward situations. Our email support is not intended for detailed troubleshooting, ongoing 1-on-1 support, or customizing plans for your family. We cannot offer individualized consultation, advice, or services due to our licenses. These rules and regulations are in place to protect you. We cannot get to know your family in the way a therapist, counselor, or psychologist would. If individual, tailored support is needed, we recommended seeking out the appropriate services/service providers.
The Program. As part of Creating Calm and/or Shining at School, The Childhood Collective shall provide the following to you.
Access to Program Area – The Company shall maintain a Program Area that may include lessons, forms, worksheets, checklists, and other information. You shall have access to this Program Area for as long as the Program Area exists. In the event that Company intends to close the Program Area, it shall provide clients with thirty (30) days’ notice and the ability to download the resources contained in the Program Area.
Bonuses – From time to time, the Company will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of registration.
Not for Medical Use. You acknowledge and agree that the Products and Services provided by The Childhood Collective are not intended for or certified for medical use. The Childhood Collective makes no warranty or representation that the use of the Products or Services or the information provided to you by The Childhood Collective constitutes medical treatment or medical advice. The Childhood Collective’s customer care and support contacts cannot and should not be considered a medical resource. If you have an emergency or a medical concern, it is your responsibility to seek medical assistance. You agree to consult your pediatrician or other appropriate medical professional before purchasing or beginning any of our online courses or resources.
You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others - whether clients of The Childhood Collective or otherwise - applying the principles included in Creating Calmand/or Shining at School are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
Effective Date. This Agreement shall commence and be enforceable with respect to each Creating Calm or Shining at School participant upon the date that the participant initially registers for the Creating Calm or Shining at School.
