Workshop Purchase Details
The Childhood Collective Shining at School workshop resources are viewable for 30 days following the date of the Shining at School workshop.
Fees. In consideration of your access to Shining at School, you agree to pay the following fees. You agree to make a single payment of $39 (unless otherwise discounted with a valid, non-expired discount code), which shall be due and payable before you will be granted access to Shining at School workshop.
Refunds. Purchase of Shining at School workshop in non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our resource(s). We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
Sharing Resources. Our resources are intended for use in a single household. Sharing The Childhood Collective Shining at School resources by methods including but not limited to distribution of passwords and login information, distribution of worksheets and downloadable materials, and purchasing with the intention of sharing resources with friends or family members is expressly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing The Childhood Collective Shining at School resources will have access to all workshop materials immediately revoked and will forfeit the 30-day workshop access. Selling login information or downloadable materials is also prohibited.
Email Support. Our free email customer support is available to help you choose a course or resource; point you in the direction of a helpful Instagram post, help article, or blog; answer straightforward clarification questions about resources you’ve purchased; or provide brief and general advice to customers for simple, straightforward situations. Our email support is not intended for detailed troubleshooting, ongoing 1-on-1 support, or customizing plans for your family. We cannot offer individualized consultation, advice, or services due to our licenses. These rules and regulations are in place to protect you. We cannot get to know your family in the way a therapist, counselor, or psychologist would. If individual, tailored support is needed, we recommended seeking out the appropriate services/service providers.
The Workshop. As part of Shining at School, The Childhood Collective shall provide the following to you for 30 days following the Live workshop.
Access to Course Area – The Company shall maintain a Course Area that may include video recording of the live workshop, worksheets, and other information. You shall have access to this Course Area for 30 days following the Live workshop.
Bonuses – From time to time, the Company will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Workshop. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of registration.
Not for Medical Use. You acknowledge and agree that the Products and Services provided by The Childhood Collective are not intended for or certified for medical use. The Childhood Collective makes no warranty or representation that the use of the Products or Services or the information provided to you by The Childhood Collective constitutes medical treatment or medical advice. The Childhood Collective’s customer care and support contacts cannot and should not be considered a medical resource. If you have an emergency or a medical concern, it is your responsibility to seek medical assistance. You agree to consult your pediatrician or other appropriate medical professional before purchasing or beginning any of our online courses or resources.
You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others - whether clients of The Childhood Collective or otherwise - applying the principles included in Shining at School are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results. You also acknowledge that variation exists in school procedures and policies between countries, states, school districts, and individual schools; thus, The Childhood Collective can make no guarantees that all of the information provided is completely accurate for your child’s specific school and learning situation.
Effective Date. This Agreement shall commence and be enforceable with respect to each Shining at School participant upon the date that the participant initially registers for the Shining at School workshop.
